Strict No Alcohol and Drug Policy Compliance

This policy applies from the moment travel begins, whether boarding a flight or joining the vessel, and continues until the personnel has completed their contract and returned to their home airport or town.
Key Points of Compliance:
- Personnel must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during travel or while on assignment, regardless of the time or location.
- Any personnel found to be in violation of this policy during their assignment will face serious consequences.
- Consequences of Non-Compliance: If any personnel are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the assigned period, all costs incurred due to non-compliance will be deducted from their salary.
These costs may include, but are not limited to:
- Travel and return trip expenses
- Recruitment costs
- Costs associated with any damages to the vessel, its equipment, or machinery
- Loss of charter or other business-related costs
- Any other direct or indirect costs related to non-compliance
Personnel are reminded that strict adherence to this policy is mandatory to ensure safety, operational efficiency, and the integrity of the services provided.
